27 years in industry progressing from rotating equipment maintenance to process automation and finally into Plant Management. I took the skills I learned and spent 5 years as a Project Manager for EPCM and Owners building and commissioning industrial facilities. I became Chief Operating Officer of Safety First Group in 2016 to present and use my background to assist industrial clients solve problems and increase efficiencies. I hold two technical degrees, one in Advanced Engine Technology and another in Instrumentation Technology from Lamar University. One of my biggest accomplishments was leading a team as the Project Manager to design, build, ship, install and commission a 1.2 Bcf/d Gas Plant in Venezuela in only 18 months.
